Primarily, applicants receive a conditional green card between approximately 33 to 54months. Two years later, the application for a conditional green card to be changed into a normal green card is completed.

Green cardholders must have lived in the USA for at least five years before naturalization to be eligible for citizenship. Further, they must prove that they have been physically present in the USA for at least 30 months within the five-year window immediately before filing for naturalization.

Apply for this program by filling in the prescribed forms. You must accompany these forms with a fixed fee and supporting documents. Additionally, the requisite documents will include:

• Medical reports,
• Vaccination records, and
• The applicants’ certified police and court records of any criminal charges, arrests, or convictions.
• The applicants must be able to read, write, and speak basic English. Other than a civics test, minimal residency is required to obtain citizenship.

Fulfill one of the following investment options:

• USD 1,050,000 into a non–targeted employment area project
  
• USD 800,000 into a targeted employment area project in a rural area or an area with high unemployment
  
• Create or preserve 10 permanent full–time jobs for qualified USA workers
  
• After the successful applicants have received a green card, the funds must stay invested until permanent resident status is granted (roughly five years).
  
• Individual applicants must have a net worth in excess of USD 1 million and provide proof that their funds come from legal
  sources.
